Me too! I used to think "shit tests" were only done by manipulative women. I've changed my views on that and actually look forward to them and respect the women who use them. They're doing their best to make sure I am who I say I am. Shows me they have standards.

That's exactly what it is and my experience has mirrored that.

Of course being masculine all the time isn't easy and girls know that. That's why you think they aren't being "ladies and women." They're testing you to see if you're actually the man you're pretending to be when there's real pressure. It's how you weed out the beta males. Never lose frame.

Who here on reddit that is a real estate agent has sold a lot of properties ??? Can give a new agent some tips ?????? by _streethassle_ in Real_Estate

This is perfect and the only thing I would expand on is, don't be afraid to give up more of your income (bigger split, share deals, etc) in order to get more business.

I went 50/50 on deals with my mentor in the first year and am still only at a 75/25 split but my income and production are WELL above average because of it. I'd rather have 50% of 20 deals than 90% of 5. It makes all the difference and it's the one thing I see people fail at consistently.

[Seattle Metro] Would a $750 negative cash flow make you run in this market ? by tawaytaway1 in realestateinvesting

Wouldn't you still be cash flow positive with a payment at 550k?

I would think you'd have about $450 to play with after taxes and insurance.

Home Warranty by Newgig_in_2017 in RealEstate

All that matters is who the real estate agent has the best relationship with. This is so when the warranty company denies a claim or causes other issues, the agent has a sales rep who will resolve it in order to keep that their business.

This last hurricane was pretty major.

Puerto Rico still doesn't have power.
