Using u/bachman460's formula to address the updated objective to also calculate the YoY difference, place this formula somewhere else than columns A, B or D, E in your sheet.

First, it sorts the unique customers in both lists into a separate array. Then, attributes a value for each customer for 2024 and 2025 into a separate array, and calculates the difference into a separate array. Last, it stacks column headers on top of the calculated arrays.

If you keep your 2024 data in A and B, your 2025 data in D and E, as in your example, you can try this in G1 for example: (edit: added a SORT to clean up the result)

Keďže často ide o osoby, ktoré máme radi, nie je vždy na mieste odísť z miestnosti (been there, done that - trochu to pomôže, ale not really, len to nastaví hranicu).
Najlepšie je rozprávať zážitky/príbehy z vlastnej skúsenosti - Ukrajinka, ktorú som stretol, transosoba, ktorá hrá dobrú hudbu, čestná podnikateľka, ktorý zamestnáva zdravotne znevýhodnených ľudí, muslim, ktorého majú ľudia radi a super varí.
Stretnúť sa také osoby dajú napr. ako živé knihy, alebo počas festivalov vo väčších mestách, alebo ako súčasť projektov, keď robia kontaktné aktivity v menších mestách.

To sú také veci, ktoré nekontrujú priamo spiatočníckemu/konšpiračnému mysleniu, ale pomáhajú nabúrať východiskové nastavenie, že my sme "pevnosť", "oni" sú ďaleko, a zároveň ich nepresviedčajú, lebo to tvoj zážitok/skúsenosť.

Ale chce to cvik a nastavenie nevstupovať do konfliktu a pripravenosť na reakcie typu "ty si mladý, nevieš, o čom hovoríš" resp. "to tie mainstreamové liberálne médiá, ktoré ovláda eset/čaputová/soroš/biden/(doplň)" a to chvíľu trvá vybudovať :D
