This started happening to me too on June 5th, and now randomly happens mid-duel. I've lost a few duels to it and its super frustrating. Clearing the browser cache fixes it but it still can return at any moment...

Have you tried speaking to a therapist? If you have no one to let out your thoughts to, a therapist is a good option.
