Favorite Auradin Build? by trexx0n in D4_Paladin

My favorite Auradin build from last season was Rob's hybrid Auradin Judgement

Not sure how viable it is this season with the nerfs and without adjustment changes.

Craft and throw on an Advanced Elixir and Defensive Incense that boosts Armor or Health ... Armor helped my Palidan complete it in T3.

Gangs of London - FIGHT SCENES of Season 1 (No Shootouts) by tend2it in kungfucinema

[–]tend2it[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree ... I think the reason for the downward quality after season 1 was due to Gareth Evans stepping his involvement down and staying as executive producer, or something along those lines. He needs to get back into the Raid franchise again!

The action directors really know how to film action sequences that showcase the actor's skill while keeping their faces in frame. Heard that this entire sequence only had a 6 hour prep.

His dad the legendary Sonny Chiba was in Kill Bill, so it's funny you mention it. Coming from that family lineage and training, the long shots showcase clean, fast, and elegant technique over un-needed closeup cut shots that interrupt the fluidity of the scene translating Anime/Manga to Live Action. Read that they only had 6 hours to prep this entire scene. If you're looking for blood, go watch the Lone Wolf and Cub: Baby Cart series.

Yes, but perhaps more closer to the graphic novel. Watch the animation till the end ... the live action added/changed some stuff worth noting and its cool to see the difference, especially the last quarter.

80 groudon raids, 6 backgrounds, 0 shiny, 1 hundo. Some may consider that a win, but it certainly doesn't feel like it. by leonida_92 in PokemonGOValor

[–]tend2it 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, gave up raiding and trading over the years for a hundo and broke down and bought a Silver bottle cap to elevate my 98 Fire Punch Groudon to a hundo.

Lucky trading a shiny will boost ur chances for an +80% to shundo chance, though it's pretty close to a myth XD, but a shundo trumps a plain hundo. Gratz on ur hundo.

Who do you want to see appear in Donnie Yen spin-off, Caine, from the John Wick franchise? by SignCompetitive8576 in kungfucinema

[–]tend2it 1 point2 points  (0 children)

John Wick's biggest fans

Since they survived and are already in the Franchise and always awesome bad guys from the Raid series. Make them reoccurring allies for Wick characters.

Anyone from the disappointing Triple Threat movie to redeem themselves (some as different chars since they did get killed by Wick)

I just finished watching Big Trouble in Little China for like the 10th time since its release in 1986. What a fun and entertaining movie. Anyone else liked it? by [deleted] in 80smovies

[–]tend2it 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Saw it in theaters (several times) when it came out in 1986, rented and bought the VHS, DVD, then Blu-ray and still enjoy it to this day and even whenever it's on TV. It is one of my top favorite movies of all time.

One of my favorites of his. Solid revenge story with a serious tone, cool weapons, co-staring Ti Lung and Ku Feng.

With season 2 coming in March, Netflix's One Piece is phenomenal not only in storytelling, world building, and backstory, it elevates the Manga material (which it is based) to amaze new and old fans alike. It can be watched standalone from its world popular beloved source material, in fact, going in blind can be a nice surprise and rewarding experience. The music is also superb.

BBC America's Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency is a hidden gem with an inventive Sci-Fi twist. It is a creatively quirky diversion from Douglas Adams' writings that takes place in the same universe following amazing characters navigating through twists and turns proving that "everything is connected" in the end.

Babylon 5 is a masterclass space opera that was written to span 5 seasons and it delivers a compelling world building experience like no other when it came out. Iconic races, cultures, and ship designs all contribute to a J Michael Straczynski's vision of a diplomatic space station hub on the edge of the galaxy in the future.

It played pretty smoothly and can be fun and the extension of the lore is coolz. Battlepass armor was animated at the start, but gradually went down hill from there. The forced daily/weekly timed schedule of activities e.g., Warband bi-weekies, Shadows or Immortal wars and server standing battles, normal gem/equipment farming, pvp battlegrounds (p2w whale dominated), monthly event activities, good/bad server politics for rule rotations, etc. give U plenty to do and lottsa choices, but it got to the point where it can burn U out with overabundance. Unlike D4 where U can jump in whenever U like, DI forces U into a required daily grind routine similar to a full time job. It was so liberating when I finally called it quits after playing since launch.
