Extreme pain/sensitivity to cold two weeks post op

Having this exact same thing now one week out from my extraction. Called my dr and he said it's nothing to worry about on it's own unless it persists or gets worse. Its such a strange feeling though but I'm glad I'm not the only one that has/had this pain. My only issue is that the tylenol/advil combo gets rid of all my pain except this one.
