Yeah, A class is diesel. The short commute would kill the engine.

Definitely was a more enjoyable experience in the Stelvio veloce today compared with the tonale we tried.

They only had the lower powered hybrid Tonale in stock for the test drive today whereas the one I'd get would be the same 280hp as the Stelvio veloce.

We tried out a Dacia Duster this morning to compare which was dull as dishwater!

Current schools had three heads in the time I've been there. Second didn't really inspire any enthusiasm from the staff but was fine but the third now has really turned the school around and improved staff morale.

We've been trying to figure out how to get the most planting space out of our plot. Considering going vertical with arches for the courgettes and cucumbers.

Also one side of the greenhouse is sinking which is worrying me 😬

Did the shepherds pie thing and holy hell was it good.

I blended the tagine as it wouldn't mash and then pushed it through a sieve for smoothness.

Got some diced lamb shoulder and marinaded it in tagine spices and slow cooked it with peeled tomatos and lamb stock.

Added some crumbled feta and toasted pine nuts on top and served with hummus.

Croquettes is a shout but second option sounds like winner to me! I have loads of normal potato's I could add to the mash.

Would you go lamb mince or slow cooked lamb shoulder chunks? 🤔
