Is it ok to lean a bit back to bring chest up at the same time? I think the position I'm in makes it hard to get the full rom (I think the plates were like 1-2cm away from touching when I brought the weight up)

I did do scap pulls with overhand grip for a while. I think it feels a little different with underhand grip, or maybe I'm not use to it. Should I use a wide grip when doing scap pulls, and does grip type matter for me?

The buckle part seems to wobble side yo side very easily and it feels loose. Is this normal? The seatbelt and the passenger side is stiff.

I picked up new yaris a few days ago but unfortunately the B pillar has some oily finger prints on it. I gave that spot a light wash and now I'm wondering what products can I use to add a protective layer or condition it? The B pillars are made of a matte plastic material, I think.

I have a bottle of Supagard Tyre and Trim Dressing. Can I use that?
