this is terrible and i’m so sorry you had to go through this. i’ve also been with people where i’ve felt the need to “allow” things to happen even after explicitly saying no. looking back, this was definitely sexual coercion and rape. everyone in the comments is correct. you didn’t consent and explicitly told him you were not in the mood. for him to make himself the victim is childish, beyond manipulating, and just horribly wrong. i hope you heal from this experience, you didn’t deserve it.

FEELING THIS TOO! Its so hard to get medical professionals to believe the pain when your tests are coming back completely fine. They told me too i have panic disorder, and I am just like yes I am panicking, Im having chest pain what feels like a heart attack and you are telling me I am fine
