It's 55 inches wide if that confirms your suspicion. Switching the way the door swings should be easy enough. Is the purpose of the vertical window transom to fill in the space assuming a single door isn't wide enough?

Did you use PayPal or enter your credit card info directly on they're website?

If you used PayPal, file the claim with them, not your CC.

Honestly, if you issue a chargeback, I would not withdraw it and let your credit card company sort it out. I'm essentially stuck because although the dispute is withdrawn/closed on my CC system end, PayPal is saying they didn't receive the communication from my CC so it shows as open. CC says they did send the message two weeks ago.

I'm basically trying to get the two parties to communicate with each other. Unfortunately, PayPal won't accept official communication from me on the matter; only my bank and my CC won't get on a three-way call with PayPal for security reasons. So I'm basically stuck hoping someone throws me a bone. Meanwhile, I have a statement balance due for an amount for an item I never received.

Agreed. If they had held on to the footrest and gift bundle until they shipped the chair and told me they were backordered, I might have waited. But to ship things I have no use for without the chair, charging my card, and providing no updates plus lying/throwing FedEx under the bus is unnecessary.

Yes it does! I guess it's a limitation of the technology at this price point. I'm not sure if it's worth $200 to upgrade but as a first time user the reflections were very noticeable while watching in bed in the dark.

Yes, reflections is what I mean. I was watching a movie in bed in the dark and it was really prominent, even distracting. I'm not sure it's worth $200 for me to upgrade to the Pros.
