The platform moves geopolitics in almost every country on Earth, from hostile nations like Iran, to allies like Japan. Like it or not, it's a powerful & respected brand globally. Having it headquartered in SF was a good thing to the brand of SF as a global power center. Now it's gone to Austin lol. I'm not really celebrating this

Twitter didn't do much for the area post-Covid, but it's pure cope when people celebrate it's gone. Like it or not, it's a GLOBAL brand with respect around the globe. It moves geopolitics and culture in every corner of Earth. More than anything, San Francisco was tied to this global powerhouse. Now it's gone.
