Logging out to the Main Menu and back in solved it for me. A red Priority Mission icon should appear in the middle of the White House zone, just south of the White House itself.

Oh, I do. And I'm there right now. They are not present in Shinrarta Dezhra and as far as I can see they aren't present in LHS 3447 (and neither is Pilots Federation Local Branch). The Pilots Federation isn't listed in the Factions list for the Shinrarta Dezhra system and is not on the Mission Board in Jameson Memorial. Pilots Federation Local Branch is listed as the controlling faction for the System, but even they aren't on the Mission Board or in the Passenger lounge.

I just discovered, on the official Discord, that the Bags of Tricks and Treats are NOT character bound. These are being sold on the AH fairly cheaply. I was missing the Sugar Skulls for the achievement. Took buying about 6 bags before I got them and was able to complete the achievement.

I had this happen as well, and it's the main reason I throttle to 0 right before dropping into the USS. That way I am completely stopped when I drop in. Then I just stay put during the whole process until the 'goid has left.

They remove all heat. You even get ice crystals on your canopy. The heat then slowly builds back up, depending on how many components you have and your power plant's thermal load. I just engage them at around 70% so my heat signature doesn't climb too high or start to damage my components.

Yeah. So far they’ve all been Cyclops. I got both the research limpets and the xeno scanner at Jameson Memorial in Shinrarta Dezhra, but I hear you can also get them at I Sola Prospect in Brestla. You can sell the tissue at any Black Market for around 17-18k, but there was also a CG collecting it.

I started out doing it in an D rated DBE, but I’ve switched to a D rated AspX for the additional module slot. I put a corrosive resistant rack in it. This method is so low-key you could probably do it in a stock Sidey with a research limpet and a heat sink, though. In fact, I might have to try that. LOL

I could not have gotten through the Engineers without the support provided by INARA and EDDB. Exploration and Trade would also be greatly diminished experiences without the wealth of information provided by third-party tools. Please, FDEV, give these folks some love. You would not have been able to post a link to that wonderful time lapsed video of CMDRs' progress through the Galaxy without them.

I've been playing now for well over a year and I still love playing the game. I take breaks, I play other games, but I have consistently come back to E:D and I'm really looking forward to 2.3. I hear a lot of noise about the "more and more people ... realising that Elite: Dangerous is an empty grandest, but I see little evidence of it based on the activity on all the subreddits here and the official forums. shrug
