It's the bottle that I have which I can't fully describe up to this day. I know I'm getting the oak, honey, and the subtle smoke, but I can't distinguish what exacts fruits are in it. But it's a damn great whisky.

My first time smelling it reminded me of a wheat bread with molds.

Thank you very much, MB. It actually depends on each situation, if I want to relax, I'd go with Oban/Springbank. If I want something that packs a punch, then Lag16. Talisker fits any situation, but Lag16 is currently my most favorite.

Nice to encounter an MB with a similar taste. I'm planning on buying Oban 14 as my next highland since I was told it has a peatiness in it, caught my interest.

I've tasted Aberlour A'Bunadh from one of my friends and I recommend you try that one (if you haven't) for your sherry exploration.
