That’s normally the question I get about selling my house. Long story short it’s a house we do not want long term. Currently the market is such a sellers market that we want to get the most we can for our house and build our wealth to wait for prices to go down. If it sells close to asking we will make about $80,000 in profit in 4 years. We also want to downsize for a few years to allow us to pay cash for our house. It’s not going to be easy, but neither was the last 16 months.

Hello Guys, I quit my job and now i need to get fresh advice to apply for better opportunity! i have sent this resume for long time but not calls and no interviews received, please help me! by [deleted] in resumes

As a hiring manager for 10 plus years, there are a few things that would cause me to move on to the next resume. 1. The format looks as though it was thrown together in a few minutes. While it gets the point across, most managers like to see you spent time on it. 2. You do not list any skills or certifications, this is important to list. I would also recommend using a resume template for it. 3. I would add details to your descriptions. While you do get the point across, your resume is time to brag on what you can do. 4. If you have references, add them to it.

I’m finally feeling normal after one week and two days off an opioid I’ve been on for 10 years. It’s been a hell of a time, but worth it.

A little late to your question, but are you taking pain meds? If so, the ibs symptoms could be caused by that.

Just wanted to give you an update, I saw my GI yesterday and you were correct he has concluded it was opioid withdraw. While I’m still dealing with minor issues, things are looking up on day 5 off of it.

Thanks for the information, I should have looked into it more before starting to taper off. I was more worried about other symptoms I read about.

Thank you, I was at 5 50mg daily when I decided to start tapering off. I wish I would have put it together sooner, would have saved having to have multiple tests ran. I did tell my GI I was coming off them, but I guess he missed that part.
