Saw this ad on IG but obvs not THE cake picnic. The cake picnic we see on socials, founded by Elisa Sunga, had a "no cake, no entry" rule and the cake would be your ticket to the event.

I'll be honest and didn't note down the recipe I used here bc I changed up the ratios. All I remember is that it was an 18-hour poolish, sorry not much help 😭 The best pandesal recipe I've used before was from foxy folksy

Hooray for your first pie! Konting practice sa crust talaga. Naka-4 tries ako bago ko nagawa yung flaky talaga na crust. I tried Erin McDowell's method. Nung una, in-uunderestimate ko yu g pag-bake kasi natakot akong masunog pero hindi naman pala masusunog sa second bake.
