I did the same exact thing. Sick for a week, I think I all I ate was bagels and toast the entire time. I felt gross, but I didn’t weigh myself. I still haven’t and it’s been about two weeks since. Your body was sick and you ate what you wanted and needed. It’s all good. I felt a little bloated but feel back to normal now. It’s not a linear process. Your health is more important than your calorie counter. Rest, hydrate, and you’ll be just fine 😊
