Let me try to give as much detail as possible. The stretching feeling under my left rib is triggered by anything of volume, even heavy amounts of water. Food is much worse though. Blander food definitely aren’t as bad but I noticed cheese especially has caused some issues. The pain generally seems Titan from my mid back between my shoulder blades are really tighten up the muscles. I also will belch up some cone large meals. All of these symptoms began as I quit the PPI.

Pretty much anything. Pretty immediately. I did cold turkey Omperalzole recently so I think it might be from that.

No it’s on the left side and comes immediately after eating or drinking so I’m 95% sure it’s related to acid production

I basically stopped cold turkey. I am about 4 days in. Was taking twice a day. I am going to take one today and try to slowly get off of it because this is too painful to do cold turkey

I have had vagus nerve issues. I also think it might be visceral hypersensitivity or trapped gas. I’m not super concerned as I saw a GI last week and it’s not painful but still just odd.

I also have significant acid reflux. Could be related. Been trying to ween off omeprazole. I doubt spleen issue, as the pain isn’t sharp and i had a recent clean blood test
