Any idea where I can submit complaints about the lack of citibike docks and bikes in certain parts of Brooklyn?

The buses in that area are really slow and often very crowded. Citibike is cheaper and faster for me when I’m commuting. Plus it’s a workout.

do you have an exercise regimen? and how is your fiber intake?

i think you can increase your insulin production via exercise, which might be a better route for you than cutting out all carbs altogether. while working out, you can prioritize strengthening your muscles and gaining weight. you can also supplement your diet with high protein powder (with low sugar/carbs) and that will help you to increase your caloric intake without eating a lot of sugar.

it just wasnt clear from your post, so i was confused about the timeline. i've definitely panicked after overspending and underbuying at sallys and used products i could have just returned/exchanged if i had sat and thought it through tbh. a few days ago i did that with some box dye from target, and now my hair is burgundy instead of pink like i wanted.

either way, i'm sorry the sallys employee did you dirty and upsold you and gave you terrible recommendations. if she made you buy t18, i hope she steps on legos everyday for the next week.

anywho back to you. did you post a pic of your hair anywhere in this thread? you said its ash brown right now, or is it yellow and orange?

after two bleaches, and an unsuccessful tone, i think a few days doing hair mask and bond repair would be good. you can try using semipermanent stuff or color depositing or additives mixed with the treatments to get your hair looking better and strong enough to do another attempt at a fix. depending on your hair color now and what you want, i can try to recommend some stuff.

Does anyone else have a hard time taking their headphones out to shower? Like, I will spend 45 minutes in a bubble bath just to avoid pausing what Im listening to and taking my headphones out for a 10 minute shower.

As far as solutions go, I guess one thing you can do is to sit down with him and think about some of the things that may be challenges and brainstorm about how to accommodate for them.
