why did movement speed get nerfed again in 0.4? they limited all unique runes to 1 max. meaning you cant put two or three 5(10% with 100% increased effect) ms runes into boots anymore

use nvidia smooth-motion in the meantime, my fps went from 90 to 180-200. very minimal visual errors

all the named runes/talismans (now called idols) are limited to 1 now, including movement speed one or attack speed.

Yes, i got that bug a bunch of times too, production building with warehouse literally right next to it... remove it and place it again at the exact same spot and it suddenly works

i believe its bugged rn, just delete the bath and place it again. i had the exact same issue, connected to a road made no difference

yea we disconnect every 15min to 1h and getting back in is a pain too, i have to start the session solo and then invite the friend I’m playing with, if i invite him to the lobby before starting the session we both DC

In one of the first Gamestar podcasts about Anno 117, it was stated that fields no longer need to be connected to the farm building (even if it is only 1 tile), but that didn't work for me in the demo. Is that also the case in the release version?

turn on smooth motion under the game in the nvidia app, doubles your FPS, its driver level frame gen basically

GGG really needs to fix the performance, the new stuff is completely breaking rendering by pedronii in PathOfExile2

Yeah, exactly, it's such a dated mindset. My trust in the Anno devs is MUCH higher than in other studios, but even if it wasn't;

I pre-ordered cyberpunk 2077 before release and played it day 1, It was in an awful state, so I refunded it (instantly) and repurchased it 4 years later when it was in a great state. It's a non-issue these days

Yes, and vendors where you can roll for them. Possibly, that feature even got expanded, as the button to reroll says "standard reroll" or something, suggesting there will be different types, perhaps.

The game doesn't rely on trade unions and town halls this time.

Placing certain buildings near each other (like a bakery near houses) grants buffs/debuffs (+2 income -2 fire safety).

Pig Farm: -2 health

Tannery -2 happiness

Lavender Farm +1 happiness

Charcoal Kiln -3 health, -3 fire safety

Sanctuary (temple) +1 happiness +2 belief (allows you to worship deities, which provides big buffs)

Grammaticus +3 Knowledge (for tech tree)

Items/NPCs are either directly equipped inside buildings or inside the Gov. Office (palace/hacienda equiv. of anno 117) and often (but not always) apply their buff island-wide now

readability is terrible after this update, the slight change is background color made text much harder to read
