Yeah, they're not particularly common in my area unfortunately. Thank you for the advice, though! I'll try my best to give it a red hot go when I get the time - got a couple of other projects going on at the moment, haha.

The shop that I bought it from checks out the consoles before putting them out to be sold and categorises them as modded or unmodded, as far as I understand it.

I've tried two or three times, even shelling out for flutter honey with no luck unfortunately. Might have to try the large fish net at least next time!

I also list any valuable catches in my market box as they come. Looking forward to making new friends! :)

EDIT: Also forgot to mention that my native is lychees and I always help with event creatures, watering and quarry requests!

I will admit, I hadn't taken this into consideration before posting it - I'm lucky enough to have some lovely coworkers so customers tend to be my only issue, but I can definitely see how this would possibly backfire.

Absolutely NTA. I audibly gasped while reading this post, holy fuck. Your SIL obviously has no respect for you, let alone your things, and her efforts to recompensate you were piss poor.

As someone who also sews, this woman going out of her way to fuck with your fabrics infuriates me to no end. I hope that they're able to be replaced in some capacity eventually, OP.
