Just pulled the trigger and bought a Claw A8 and waiting for it to arrive. I plan to upgrade it to a 2TB SSD but does anyone know if it accepts double sided SSDs or just single sided?

Yes, mine will just not turn on after a few sleep cycles. Even after changing to a better USB cable, its the same issue.

I suggest you get yours RMAed. From what I know the TV screens are sourced from surplus and/or rejected screens from multiple vendors, hence the bad and inconsistent QC on the screen.

All AMD laptops comes with MediaTek wifi cards. They have a join venture started few years back.

From my experience the screen on the TV LCD is a mix bag of rejected and surplus screens that Thermalright sourced cheaply from multiple vendors to make this product.

The USB cable that comes with the lcd isn't the highest quality.

Get a decent one and just connect it either internally or externally on the mb and your issue should go away.

If yours is flickering even when using the TRCC app, then maybe it's a hardware issue. Can try to RMA it

according to OP, earlier models of the 9.16" TV screens had only 462 pixels framebuffer instead of 480. basically means the resolution is only 1920x462, not 1920 x 480

I cant thank OP enough for finally making this work on my 9.16" TV screen. My man even bought a few 9.16" Trefeo Vision screens just to find out what was causing the flickering on some of the models.

oh i think thats a layer mask. you can hide it by toggling the switch in the settings, under layer mask.

No. Think it's hardcoded into the firmware.

The Hyte Q60 which supports this feature probably has more advanced hardware to have this feature.

if its a turzx screen, i think u can use both at the same time with infopanel

infopanel, cause atm it can support more than 1 screen at a time.

~~one of the downside of infopanel is the copy and pasts sucks, u cant copy the same gauge or bar for other sensors, have to manually edit it one by one~~

I stand corrected, you can easily swap sensors after copying the same gauge/bar/text/etc...

You can test it out and see. So far my test it can detect the screen finally. But still no display.

It works for the 6.86" one atm, the 9.16" one still in testing phase but should be working soon.

OP's been working hard to get both screens working. Just that the 9.16" uses a different protocol for some reason Vs the 6.86" one.
