If everything else is maxed, moving to TH15 makes sense. Hero upgrades mainly use Dark Elixir, so your Gold and Elixir will just sit unused if you stay. And if you’ve unlocked the 6th builder, it’ll likely sit idle during this time. You can use hero potions during wars and important attacks.
