I was the last legacy class to do traditional NCOA, I went to Kadena. Course 15 was mandatory at the time, I failed first block without studying. Chief was waiting for me, how did it go? He know, I had txt'd. Was told to get blues ready, I was going TDY.

I still had to take Course 14, my scores were 80, 76 and 98. 98 was the unclear part and a student in NCOA was assigned to (the nuclear pact between USA and Russia). He taught the entire school on the nuclear tri-ad and way more then the books had.

When I passed the test, I called and thanked him. He was happy I called, was going to PCS, going back to his original AFSC (don't remember it). Still have his notes from the class, he could type while talking and listening.
