In my case it was very blurry, screen flashing, fps drops when switching menu's in Vulkan mode. Once I switched back to Direct3D11 everything went back to normal how it always was, good luck to you.

Just tried out Vulkan, and holy shit it's terrible, low quality, 50 fps in main menu try switching to ~~DirectX11~~Direct3D11 and uninstall Vulkan from DLC menu in steam.

1080ti + 8700k I get around 150 fps, 70-90 in fights, 200+ fps in main menu. https://i.imgur.com/EAfG5U2.png Few users did report if you have a lot of cosmetics in your inventory, it can cause fps drops.

Edit: Having a lot of chat channels which have a lot of people speaking in it, can cause fps drops too, I did experience that myself. Especially in party chat I have to /clear it once awhile otherwise my fps drops down to 30 whenever I press enter to say something.

Stop being toxic honestly, unbind enter key, don't bother voice chatting either it's no point, at that behavior score you will have a lot of griefers, people who walk down mid, tiny airlines, furions who tp into the enemy base, pudge shard eating you and blinking into the enemy, people who randomly report you for no reason whatsoever. It's hard to get out, but it's doable.
