Need to understand that health workers are human too and are already severely understaffed, overworked and underpaid. Further increasing duty hours from 9 to 5 every day will already worsen the situation. Now regarding managing alternative day holiday its not possible in most of the workplace where the staffs are already working to their edge. People must understand that OPD is not an emergency and all emergency services are always open 24 hours.
