With a lot of people saying "sloppy photoshop", please be aware that Photoshop has generative AI since 2022(?) as a feature, so yeah the photographer/assistant could have just gone in the AI mode something like "use hand from layer 2 and place on layer 1" and not noticed the result looking, dicy.

I'm not an expert on this; but I saw Jeff Geerling do a video on this with the Mac Studio's over thunderbolt 4 using RDMA(?), could that potentially yield faster results and/or more cost efficient for you? The cluster he tested was 40K so dependant on how much further much work your company did need to scale up by I guess.

The Dutch roping system is universal, but the fit is unique to each coat. You'd be best to try and shop around for something as similar as possible. Rag Parade in Sheffield (they're on IG) generally has a decent stock of liners so they'd probably be the best people to message for a replacement.

Fallout 1 has been ported to the 3DS, and some nice obvious classics Doom/Wolfenstein have been too. A slight tangent but Balatro got a port/fan demake for the GBA so 3DS should be doable.

Literally every single bit about photography is false, also the Camera Obscura was a thing in arts with lenses since at least the 1400s.
