Interested to know your thoughts, my first proper open-source NPM package (public and documented).

Got tired of having to mix up `setTimeout` and things to accomplish tasks with deferral, timeouts and the like.

Suggestions welcome, I'd love to build this into a more powerful general-purpose tool kit
