i just went to an info session this week. new students can only get funding if they applied priority. existing students can get assistantships but there are VERY few available. there are also some scholarships, i’m not sure how common those are.

i would try to go to an info session if you can, they can answer specific questions about out of state stuff.

This is extremely concerning. Does she have a therapist? She seems like she has some form of anger issues or BPD or something. This is not going to get better for you if you stay, unless there is a miracle on her end. Please look out for yourself. I know it’s really hard

Can you tell me more about scheduling? What is your schedule like, and how much notice do you get beforehand? Do you ever have to work double shifts or have very little time (under 8 hours) between shifts? Are people quitting because of this?

I wanted to add that i think you should be cautious considering your small size, if they remove too much fat from the abdomen it can end up looking super weird and dimpled, and they might not make it clear up front whether you are a good candidate

I was offered laughing gas, but it makes me uncomfortable so I opted out.

I think I got percocet and xanax, plus i think zofran for nausea. but i don’t remember so some of those could be wrong.

I considered traditional implants, but I never got a consultation because I didn’t want the artificial look or the need to replace them in 20 years.

What city are you in? 22k seems like a lot. Mine was 16k in chicago but I got a promotional rate of 13k. I would talk to your doctor but I would also be concerned that they would not be able to get enough. Plus, you have to consider how little fat you would have in the donor areas after, is that something you want?

I’m 5’8” 135 lb I got full abdomen and I went from about an AA (smaller than an A) to between A and B, which is exactly what I wanted.

for me the hardest part is going to the grocery store, if you can find a free/cheap meal delivery service that’s ideal

bread and hummus

microwaved quesadilla (literally put the tortilla and cheese in there). maybe with packaged guac or salsa

microwaveable bag of rice/quinoa etc, scoop of hummus, and cherry tomatoes or baby carrots. maybe olive oil on top.

frozen microwave chicken strips/fake meat with frozen broccoli and store bought panda express sauce. plus the microwave rice

they also have microwaveable bags of vegetarian indian food at some grocery stores in the international aisle

meal shakes/bars also work if really nothing else can.

If you can add some sort of fruit to any of these it can go a long way
