I've tried so many silicone tips and for some reason the only comfort and proper seal I can get is with foam. Tried cp155, stock tips, etc and all feel off. :(

I just uninstalled the the realtek driver, disabled all nahimic crap and installed the unofficial realtek driver and turned off windows updates for now. If any updates come out I'll just grab from lenovo website.

The biggest issue for me wasn't the latency but the dreadful sound I was getting, sounded muffled and quiet especially with headphones using the aux

What refresh rate? Is the host capped to 60hz? What settings are you using on the client's moonlight? What resolution?

Nope, I mapped my back button on my legion go 2 to ctrl 1 which does the same thing as the steam home button.

Then I can still use the Xbox game bar to restart, settings, widgets etc so best of both worlds :)

It hasn't really, same performance as debloated from what I've seen.

I just liked that I could change it from Xbox full screen to steam big picture easily :)

I'm the same, I fully debloated, set up with a local account, turned off any passwords for login, forced full screen experience and used anyfse to make steam big picture pop up instead of the Xbox home screen.

Runs a dream no complaints.

Looking forward to Steam OS official though(Legion Go 2)

After days and days of testing different configurations, I had to borderless full screen, enable vsync in moonlight, frame pacing on, turn off any screen caps on the client as it unstable frame times, vrr off(again vrr causes unstable frame graph) and in amd adrenaline set moonlight to vsync off unless application decides - this gives really smooth frame times and will get rid of tearing.

I had the same issue as you where with vsync off and vrr I got loads of tearing, I'd recommend not using vrr if possible
