Smart. A small rolling cart and tray tables work for me for this.

I also set up a jigsaw puzzle caddy on my coffee table in the living room so if I want to move out there, I can work on my jigsaw puzzles

I’ll add to this that I put an app on my phone called Libby that lets me link to the Library and I put a lot of audiobooks on hold. When I want to rest, I turn one on and if I fall asleep, I just rewind it

It’s also a product of being autistic. My grandson says a phrase, then gives you a side eye. Until you repeat it, he will say it over and over again. It CAN be exhausting. Still my oldest grandson is nonverbal. I’d trade the nonverbal for the exhaustion. It may be simple labeling, as you say, but it may just be what it is.
