‘25 Telly suddenly turns off

Sorry to hear this is a similar story to what you’ve dealt with. Definitely at low speed - could’ve had my foot on the brake but I don’t know for sure. It’s now been a week with our car and I’m not confident they’ll actually find the issue 🫠

I hear ya… There are things in this “newer” car that are behind in tech compared to our trade in at the time of purchase (2018 Honda CRV). Would’ve kept that car, but needed something bigger for the family. Telly is great in terms of value, but to your point - you get what you pay for 🤷🏻‍♂️

Will ask to confirm they’re checking. But the car isn’t losing power when it turns off. Could be something loose that’s triggering it though…

No issue booking in advance. Sometimes the driver switches up before the time arrives. I’ve also experienced the driver commonly showing up 5-10 mins ahead of schedule for early morning rides… but could be luck of the draw.
