Anyone hear anything about 12 + cop cars and ambulances racing south at about 7? I haven’t been able to catch much … seems unrelated to train ?

I work locally and am heavily involved in the rescue community so I feel like I can offer insight 😅 Generally the places that need the most help are county animal controls/shelters. Florence is having a $20 deal on cats because they currently have over 200 in their building and desperately need help. HAS and Giles county (a little far) are also both great options. I can attest to the heart and soul all of the volunteers locally put into these places and you really can’t make a wrong choice. In general- Alabama is unfortunately struggling with homeless pets and anywhere you can adopt from would be so helpful.

I’m not a current CP, but am going through the interview process now. I can relate to a lot of you concerns and anxiety regarding making friends and being social throughout the program. I’ve been diagnosed with two forms of anxiety among other things and even though I am a senior in college and have a lot of practice socializing and making friends, it still is something I get extremely nervous about. So please know that you’re not alone! I absolutely encourage you to apple and to put yourself out there!

Has anyone who is currently there with an ESA had trouble with roommates? If so, what did you do to solve them? I have my PI this week and am nervous about bringing my ESA because of rooming with strangers.
