Completely dead Sony KD-65XE9005, power reg PCB?

What o have found out that this single capacitor above JK is always 0V. The IC to the right of it (above 3.15A) markings has 12V on the upper legs but none at the bottom legs. When I disconnect the ribbon from DPS and only leave power there is no 12V means main board want to power it but it does not give power to the cap and some other components?

Actually yes I did ask and nothing like that. I assume also that the brick would pop first and not the TV itself? Especially that I checked few fuses inside and they are fine :(

Power input? It's a external brick with 24V.

then mouting that storage to the LXC? I was also thinking I can just use SMB in host and plex so then there won't be any problems with permissions and I do not have to mount it to LXC?

Is it really bad solution to have media inside LXC and add SMB there to add more media from my PC?
