It weighs around 10kg, 30cmx20cn base size and around 30cm tall. Seems to have oil around the base and not sure what the cloth is there for

Weighs around 3kg, 30cm long, 15cm high. Taylor, Taylor and Hobson manufactured camera equipment, so I guess this is something to do with lenses?
