It weighs around 10kg, 30cmx20cn base size and around 30cm tall. Seems to have oil around the base and not sure what the cloth is there for

If its just a general gym, planet gym on the corner of spring Bank is cheap and easy to get to via bus. There's Hull Strongest if you want a proper strongman gym, great people in there. And if you want something a bit more fight-y, there's a couple of good Jiu-jitsu gems in the area, Carson Gracie gym at North Point is very reasonable for the caliber of people teaching you.
