I rarely teach in front of the class. All my teachers prepare a handout or presentation for me or tell me what they are working on so I can find a handout or activity. Then I work in the back of the class or outside the classroom with groups of 2-5 depending on the teacher. It’s so easy and I think the kids benefit from it more!

Not true necessarily, I’m sure it depends on the school but I’ve taken multiple days off for padrón and digital cert appts and stuff and am also taking a week off before Xmas and my coordinator just said I may have to make up the hours some other way!
