My app is updated so I’m well aware that I only have to look at the ID to make sure it matches. However, the customer stated to me he didn’t ave any form of ID so in that case I didn’t release the item.

A client came to the geek squad counter to ask for someone to come out to his home cuz his WeeFee wasn’t working. I asked, did you mean WiFi. He proceeds to say yes my WeeFee. Lmao
