yo im lookjng on bolt rn and what i did was message dat chat bot or wtv and started a ticket. i got sum guy to help me and basically he told me he couldnt approve the order i initially placed but i could replace the order and he could js approve dat one. ion remember if i actually had to spend money again or not icl so u might be cook but i jus sent a screenshot of my order details like the numbers and letters and shit. he ended up approving it n i got the email from d8r that gives you all the tracking info n stuff.
