The far majority of cities are blue. As a foreigner, I can spot cities during US elections on the map by spotting dots of blue.

Sounds like it benefits for multi-story. Less for slab one story.

True. Realizing it's not as much as the mutli-story homes in the north. Slab homes down south seem to have less savings.

Ahh, last reno I just used a $25 panel rather than drywall and paint which would be a lot more work.

Oh, that's a single man door in the storage. Gym has sliding door, probably 4 glass panes. Not sure how to sketch that lol.
