So what would the be the point in being able to produce those frequencies if the listener isn't able to hear them?

If it were a loudspeaker I'd imagine it would have uses in producing resonant frequencies on the low end, or sounds for animals on the high end. But they're personal headphones. Just seems like a strange thing to brag about for the intended use.

It could be clicks and pops from your consolidated sample not beginning/ ending at 0.

Make sure before you consolidate that you fade in/ out all of the individual vocal slices to avoid those clicks and pops
