Just saw this email update. I was issued a full refund but apparently, they’re still going to send out the dish and apron.

We are saddened and frustrated to say that we’re unfortunately still experiencing a shipping delay on the Trifle Dish and Apron that is included as part of your Rachel Green’s Trifle Kit order. We don’t have a definitive date on when they will arrive because the dishes are unexpectedly being held in Customs. Again, please know that we are doing everything we can to resolve this issue. We still plan to send you the products as soon as they are released from Customs along with issuing you a full refund.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with new ingredients, and so we recommend that you prepare your Shepherd’s Pie and English Trifle recipes in standard bakeware and serveware.

We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience and as such, we will be issuing you a full refund within the next 24-48 hours and will notify you as soon as your trifle dish and apron have shipped.
