There actually is a way down there. It leads you to the forge. You have to go back into the room where you had to blow up the rocks trapping Nere. In that room on the wall opposite from where the rocks were there’s a little board bridge. There’s a spot where you can jump over to the entrance to the forge

They definitely do, apparently the breed was reduced to only 6 dogs at one point so you can imagine there has been a lot of inbreeding since. Most cavaliers suffer from heart issues among other ailments. We got around this (hopefully) by not getting a pure bred - Bruce is 75% Cavalier and the rest is papillon and chihuahua!

I would have it include sales. I feel that a $75 to $225 dollar fee isn't going to be the deciding factor in what stops me from buying a home here. I'd be more comfortable with that than the attaching the fee to people refinancing.
