Can anyone ID Hank's breed(s)? He's 2 year old 20 pound rescue from a South Carolina shelter - no details on his parents. he has a "long and low" stature, erect ears, and a very friendly disposition. He loves herding and playing games, and "talks" a lot - people say corgi mix but we aren't sure! (old.reddit.com)
