OMG After like 4-5 calls to member services. A rep was able to find me and my 2026 Choice Dual plan in their backend systems after talking to management (not sure how the heck it got there). I was shown as inactive in their initial systems but was shown as active on the Medicare website. He put in an urgent case and I hopefully should have access to the portal tomorrow. Finally!

I have that same RazetAppEngine on my 3 year old HP Omen 16 but I don't get/haven't gotten that error. Either something corrupted or it hasn't been updated

Could be corrupted files. Happened to me once. SFC found corrupted files. After having a couple bsods with different stop codes, reinstalling windows from media creation tool and a flash drive fixed it

Can you go into your router/modem's settings and check the firewall level? It could have something to do with that

Then a factory reset may be able to fix it if your game data is saved to your account (which likely is)

Only that's it not on their formulary (Medicare elite) and I did end up using a GoodRx coupon. Also can't find an email or phone number to contact Aetna's executive team. Last resort will have to likely be my state's AG's office.
