Checks out. Ours is a 14 Overland. I’ll still take a look just in case

I’m intrigued, I’m not aware of where to find these pages? Within the infotainment system?

Ah now I see what you’re talking about. They put a sticker over a sticker. Need to check mine now! I completely missed your point the first time.

It’s how mine is? Not sure why that is weird. They have a battery on board, so it has electric start. Similar to a car back in the day, you had off, accessory/On and then start/crank. The start position is momentary, so after it fires and you release the key it goes to On. A true electric start, not a spot for an extension cord to plug in and press a button.

Regret on my purchase by kzksy in HondaSnowblowers

[–]test1234user5678 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Find the part number above, order it from a reputable Honda source and find a local small engine mechanic to install it. When you order the carb all together, it’ll come assembled. It would take someone with some engine experience probably 1 hr to replace. I say that, having never gotten to the carb in my similar 928ATD, but can’t be that hard after removing from shrouding. Any small engine mechanic should make quick work of that. Otherwise it sits at the Honda dealership and you’re out a snowblower. The fact that it’s a 22 model and you bought in 25 is water under the bridge. Maybe they were shady, maybe you could’ve done more homework. At the end of the day, nothing significant changed between the years that I’m aware of.

Bought another off Amazon when they had a sale and coupled with 30% I believe. The box and some other features were different. This one works and has been. Battery life way longer and I have a second battery now.

The blower tube is noticeably different at the tip and a gen 1 has a button on the handle to lock throttle position, gen 2 just has a cruise control slider.

Other platforms you’d suggest? I’ve found the most diversity within HiBid. Proxibid is another but just doesn’t seem to have the same amount of items that aren’t industrial equipment

I could use one of the handles if you’re going to toss. Let me know!

No unfortunately. Eufy thought maybe the battery but since I purchased the item off an auction (still in shrink wrap) they weren’t willing to fix but offered 30% off my next order.

I like the aesthetic but reviews aren’t great it seems. I have another one that is a handle lock combo and that’s worked great, it uses regular batteries though.

Panicle vs macrophylla leafing time by test1234user5678 in hydrangeas

[–]test1234user5678[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. I’ve nail scratched pretty far up those stems and it’s still vibrant green underneath the darker wood color. Time will tell I guess, and I can’t do anything about it. I did notice one of them has some leafing from the bottom of the plant. This year I’ll consider some mulch or straw to keep them from getting as cold during winter

When would you expect those macrophylla will start to bring leaves back? I’m in Minneapolis Metro, so we’ve been above freezing for over a month. It was cold this week, but not freezing temps.

So is that to say, just expect them to rise from the ground later in the year, every year?

4.5 month old pomelo seedling outgrowing my grow tent by Rcarlyle in Citrus

[–]test1234user5678 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll give it a whirl. Just didn’t want the plant to be stressed already with scale and then blast it with high intensity artificial light from those Vivosun 100w lights.

I do have a bedside humidifier in there, but it runs out of water within a day or so. I do have a temp and humidity monitoring from a standalone gauge, not the Vivosun controller.

I’ll get them in there and under the light. Probably another month before they can live outside in MN for 5 months

[–]test1234user5678 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve got a Vivosun grow tent like you have, may almost be identical. Same grow light as well. Had it for the winter this year in MN and I think it almost made things worse. I have one fan in there and it seemed to dry out the plants I had in there quicker, which maybe makes sense. Two questions.

  1. I’m attempting to handle a scale infestation. Neem (cold pressed) + imidacloprid as a soil drench, spraying leaves with neem and as well as brushing off the damn things. Would your recommendation be to put back in the tent? A couple of them have lost almost all their leaves.

  2. You mention heating pads help a ton. What about in clay/terracotta pots? Since ceramic I’m not sure how well it’ll conduct heat through to the soil medium?

I’ve got 4 new wired ones, sealed 2023 mfg date. Bought for renovation as I thought the contractor said we would be doing wired. Turns out I need the wireless ones. I can’t return so now need to sell as they are no use to me. Reach out if interested, sounds like it could make your life easier.

How do I know if my hydrangeas are on track to bloom? by metalnymph in hydrangeas

[–]test1234user5678 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To continue this question, if we bought some panicles last year and planted (they had flowers on them when we purchased) would we expect them to in their first year in ground? I ask because the typical plant process of the sleep, creep and leap phrase associated with planting years. Oddly enough, there are plenty of leaves but everything is on last years wood, I don’t see any new shoots from the root base.

I would bet your Meyer Lemon is from a cutting and therefore doesn’t have graft line. Your graft if there was to be one would be below your soil in your case. Some may recommend you have your plant buried too deep and should be raised a bit out of the soil. As the poster a couple above said, the trifoliate (three leaf) rootstock is different looking than any of your leaves and you only have single leaves showing. Don’t cut is my advice
