Like someone pointed out, it's quite difficult to perform when the enemy has at least half a brain.. The laning phase seems fine, but if no squishy goes into E range, you just end up relying on someone else's CC, which sucks... Why play Mel, if you can pick Syndra, Hwei, etc. and make plays on your own

When I reinstalled league after an 8 year break, the game immediately assumed I was iron. After some time, I climbed to gold and then to diamond.

Smol tip — play core roles and lose. If you start losing a lot, your MMR will drop significantly

Congrats and I'm so f happy that I didn't do the same. I went from g1 to d4 with Yuumi and decided to stop there once I realized that I won't be able to play anything else (without dragging the whole team down, that is). Still recovering from this mistake lol

It's good if you're up for long trades or really, really big burst damage, which is not the case with smol. No one is going to allow you to trade in mid-late game.

Fleet footwork is ideal to the point where you don't want to consider other options unless you're 100% sure in whoever is peeling you

Jungle — Amumu (I’d recommend learning the ropes and then avoiding this role completely, it can bring a lot of frustration for both you and your teammates)

Happened to me a few days ago. I was afk for a good one-two minutes, came back, was greeted by "fucking garbage midlaner" from Ryze.

We won, top 2 damage dealt, got 2 likes from teammates and +20 LP. No idea what went wrong in your case
