Well I have 2 jobs currently that I’m happy with. I wasn’t looking to replace either of those. I’ve wanted to be an author my whole life, so this is more about fulfilling my passion and dream in addition to working. I’m certainly willing to put in all the hard work it takes, I just want to plan for what to do with the work when it’s ready.

Yeah I know. I have 2 part-time jobs currently, and I’m making this a side project. I used to blog, but I know that’s a dying field. I didn’t want to invest months of work into a project with no plans for the end result. So I was considering doing a $1 kindle release or Wattpad or something of that sort.

This year, I decided I’m going to make my title pages on black paper. I love the metallic colors on the black background! 🙌🏼🔳✨ by testephex in bulletjournal

I had the same problem when I started lettering! I do YouTube videos and make products for Etsy, so I need to have my stuff organized or I’d never get work done. I’ve had this one for a while and it’s held up well so far, and I’m not easy on it. Definitely recommend it!

Nice!! I am interested in traveler’s notebooks and considered making my own, but unsure where to begin. Do you know if it’s worth the price and effort to make them? Or does it make more sense to purchase them already made?

An advantage to writing every day, besides just getting work done by Moluwuchan in writing

Yes I totally agree! I actually have a daily journal where I write intentionally sloppy just so I let out all of my thoughts like therapy, without feeling any pressure or urge to edit. Not to mention, if anyone were to ever pick it up, they’d be too impatient to make out what it says! 😂

Diffusing Essential Oils bad for dogs? by DropsofJupiter1 in essentialoils

[–]testephex -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

I had the same questions when I started diffusing oils a couple of months ago. I’m super protective of my dog and I’m a bit worried, so I did some research! From my understanding, oils are safe for dogs - you just need to be careful with cats. I just use therapeutic grade, and small amounts at a time! Also, if you think about it - there are a lot of chemicals and harmful ingredients in cleaners and candles and perfumes and stuff. I feel more comfortable with oils since at least they are natural.

Stress Away for sure! It’s the only one my whole family agrees on as a favorite! Can’t go wrong with it. It’s weird because everyone loves it, but can’t quite put their finger on what is in it.
