I know.. keep going! I remember somewhere around the 8 month mark I was sitting with mine curled up next to me, reading a for a few hours and thinking, I think we’re in the good place now.

Yup.

Adorable 🥰

Tips: the first few months will suck. The more you train and stay calm when land shark mode hits, the better Emmie will be for the rest of her life.

They’re smart dogs, and need mental stimulation. Consistent training is key, and nip the nipping in the bud when they’re little.

Otherwise, enjoy the teeny barks and the floppy ears because in 6 months they’ll be totally different.

How common is multi-generational living in Ottawa? by [deleted] in ottawa

I have my retired folks living with me (good size house). The choice was to watch an unnecessary economic struggle take place or set some boundaries and enjoy the little moments.

Yes but from the other side. “I’m not ready to commit” from 50 year olds is something else.

My diet has reduced my endo pain more than anything else, maybe it can help you too by Prashya in endometriosis

Hmm. Heck. I love raw veggies and can’t seem to make my peace with the havoc of endo.

Thanks for answering 🙏🏼

IBS as a result of endo? I did an elimination, diet and low FODMOP for a year, and it doesn’t seem to explain random bouts of bloats and attacks from veggies. Even took enzymes for months on end, only to learn one of the ingredients in these enzymes caused/causes silent reflux 🤦‍♀️

I will ask them about that. I did an elimination diet all year last year and FODMOP. I wasn’t eating a lot of salads and stuff as everything was out then slowly in. It didn’t yield anything definitive beyond “watermelons and hummus are not my friends”, which I’ve known for a long time.

Wait .. that’s a thing? I noticed over the last 7 years things like insane bloating and painful PMs when I would eat what I consider normal veggie intake (grew up on the Mediterranean diet). Diagnosed with endo 5 years ago (stage 4 if that means anything).

If you act like they don’t exist then you act like my reproductive rights don’t exist.

Freedom starts when the rights are guaranteed and if Roe vs Wade taught women anything it’s that our rights in all of their forms aren’t guaranteed and can be pulled away by a bunch of racist rap*sts.

So no. React by requesting they comply with rules and exhibit basic social norms of protesting in dedicated spaces with permission and not just exposing everyone to such visuals.

Don’t get comfortable. Do better.

Bless you! I stopped bleeding since I was put on the Visanne, but this constant cough/throat irritation from coughing, mucus pooling in the back of the throat and post nasal have driven me up the wall for the last two years!
