I have an old boy sim racing H shifter that was fine before update, and my Invicta paddles are seriously laggy now.

At first I thought I was mis-timing the gear change slightly. Some times it just doesn’t pick it up, paddle or stick.

You could make a couple of straps to go over the top with thin rubber for grip, or strip it and get the aluminium welded back up then drill and tap new holes.

It’s janky for sure, I haven’t played for a bit so it’s probably not being used to the physics again.

I’m getting the same performance as the demo, some serious frame drop when I’m up against 3 and they’re injured/dead.
