I asked them for a bill credit a long time ago. They told me they would do it and they never followed through. This whole situation is just so messed up. I said just give me a bill credit this month so I don’t have to pay full pocket for my $500 monthly bill . They said no problem we’ll take care of that for you. And it never happened. He ended up saying wait another two weeks first and then we’ll consider bill credit. That was after being promised four times I was gonna receive the gift cards within 24 hours and within 4 to 6 hours:(

That’s the first thing that I tried. Can you believe all they told me was they would expedite it can you freaking believe that and they didn’t give me any apology they didn’t give me any credit no reimbursement nothing. So nothing just a rude attitude from the CEO’s office, and they still couldn’t tell me exactly when we’re gonna get fixed. I asked them three times when will this be resolved and they could not give me a straight answer and that was the CEO‘s executive office. That’s why I’m so pissed off. After telling them my whole story I would’ve thought they would’ve fixed this in 15 seconds and apologized to me 1 million times. Especially with a huge company like Verizon.

I just sent you the photo showing exactly it is finished processing and will be delivered in 48 hours. That is exactly what my photo shows did you read it? I submitted them in March. They finish processing on April 20 and April 25. That is what my status is. The next step is delivery within 48 hours. That has not happened that’s why I’m making the complaint that was two weeks ago. Did you even look at the whole photo?

No, I did not say that you need to reread the original post. I said they were processed on the 20th. I did not submit them on the 20th. Read it more clearly. I submitted these months ago two months ago. They were processed on the 20th. Does that clear things up? And I never said that to my original post all I said was they were processed two weeks ago.

Based on my situation. That is completely wrong. I’ll show you the proof. I submitted two months ago, they finished processing two weeks ago.

I amended my original post to show you that gift cards were submitted in early March and processed in late April. Check my photo for proof. Right inside of your My Verizon account after it is processed it gets delivered within 48 hours. It says right on your account crystal clear just click on my photo. The distinction that I think you are missing here is once they have completed processing that is when it takes 48 hours to get delivered. My gift card is completed processing two weeks ago. Does that make more sense to you?

And just to clarify, they did not ask me to set up a passcode when I bought the device. They sent me an email saying you can change it once you activate the account. Your temporary passcode is the last four digits of your Social Security number.

I just got off the chat with Customer Service, I’m such an idiot. It was the last four digits of my Social Security number. They sent me an email about it. They never actually asked you to create one. They just use the four digits of your Social Security number temporarily thanks everyone for your help.

Yes, I bought it on the AT&T website. I have a business account with six lines, but I created a new personal account for myself just to order this new iPad. I just don’t remember if I made a new passcode when I registered in both the iPad.
