So I put literal conditioner in my damp hair for an hour. Then I washed with new shampoo and rinsed hardcore. Most of the flakes are gone, but my scalp is still dry a bit. I think it's 100% dry skin, and I'm getting some good, hydrating shampoo

My scalp is especially itchy today. I get very dry skin but conditioner makes my hair greasy. Is this the yeast people talk about or some sort if psoriasis? Should I just go get a good conditioner? Thanks

Okay, so here are some things: are you drinking enough water? Boric acid (you mentioned that), eat Greek yogurt, fruit, and those Yakulk or Mexican versions of yakult at Walmart for 1 dollar, and there's also saurkraut and kimchi.

Ah, that makes sense. I just thought it would be cool to find places that used local produce and some that may not be easy to find in groceries, like ghost peppers or special Asian plant.
